Safari Horse Riding In Uganda

A Nile Horseback Safari provides the ideal way to explore the Nile River up close, see a traditional Ugandan village and view the fantastic panarama from the hills overlooking the Nile River valley. The horses are superb the landscape is spectacular, you will be amazed by the beauty of the area around Bujagali Falls in Jinja Uganda.

Our horse safaris are accompanied by two or more guides. Riding groups have the opportunity to temporarily separate at certain points on the safari allowing more experienced riders to ride at a more advanced pace and those not so confident to stay within their comfort zone.

We are members of the Jinja Adventure Safety Association whose goal is to improve safety by having members monitor each others safety standards and continuing to improve all aspects of safe operation while running adventure activities.

We run short safaris (1hr,2hr & 3hr rides) 7 days a week at 10am in the morning and 2pm in the afternoon. Bookings are essential as we have limited horses and guides. Our overnight and multiday horse riding safaris are run on demand.

No need to worry, the majority of people that ride with us on our short safaris have minimal or no horse riding experience. Our horses are well trained, and understand what is required of them. We give you brief training before your safari on the basics of controlling your horse. Our safaris only go at a pace you feel comfortable.
